This all started with this guy that was supposed to call at 11:00 AM EST, and I received the call at about 11:13 AM.

Him:   Sir, can I please have ip address..

Me: 10.

Him:  Oh please wait sir I am not ready

Me:  ARGH!!!!  Fine…

two minutes of silence pass

Him: ok can I have IP address

Me: (making one up) 10.10.10.1

Him: Sir, I cannot connect, are you sure that Your Ip address

Me: No, it’s not I just gave you what you asked for

Him: ok I need your IP address

Me: Ok, here it is..

Him:  Can you open outlook

Me: Ok opening..  (Moving the mouse, I loose control)

Me: Do you want me to open Outlook or do you want to do it, make up your mind.

Him:  ok it is opening now..

30 seconds of silence…

Him:  Ok, please wait I need check that your installation got complete or not.

Me: sure, (laughing at him out loud)

Him: can I place you on hold for 2 minutes..

Me: sure

8 minutes of silence later…

Him: Ok I need to restart all of this….

Me: Ok I need to cancel a meeting as you are taking to long.

Him: ok go ahead an cancel your meeting

Me: ok all set.

Him: Ok can I put you on hold for another 2 minutes..

Me:  Is it actually going to be 2 or is it more like the last 8 minute one?

Him:  ……  (confused, I guess, no response)

Me: Ok just go ahead.

…5 minutes later

Him: Ok so was this ever working on this Win 7 machine

Me: Yes

Him:  When was it last working

Me: Last Thursday

Him:  Did you uninstall and reinstall the software?

Me: No you did, or One of you did, I can’t tell who I was “talking” too?

Him:  Ok, I need to talk to someone on my end and research with Win 7 team.

Me: ok..

Him: Would it be OK if I hang up this call and continue work on your machine for next 15 minutes and call back when I figure out?

Me:  sure why the hell not, I can’t do anything anyways, and I am sick of being put on hold..

noting time…  11:32 AM EST..  We’ll see when he calls back.

ARGH..  Lost track..  Let’s just say it is now resolved..  it is 12:13 EST..  WTF?
